Evaluations

The impact of ELNHA may take years to unfold. Nonetheless, the project team found it important to collect data at impact level. Impact Evaluations and Real Time Reviews (RTR) lite were the methodologies used, which, beyond collecting data at impact level, they were designed to strengthen the capacity of LNHAs in process evaluation and peer-learning.
