Maar in een nieuw Oxfam rapport, A Place at the Table: Safeguarding Women’s Rights in Afghanistan, staat dat Afghaanse vrouwen na het vertrek van internationale troepen in 2014 mogelijk opnieuw moeten vrezen voor hun rechten.
