We are a big organisation of 350 staff members and have an extensive international network. We organise actions and campaigns in the Netherlands and abroad. People from other parts of the world regularly visit us. You meet us in the newspapers, on television. In short, dynamics a-plenty.
various expertise
In the fast changing world of development co-operation we need various kinds of expertise. We can ofter new colleagues a full-time job of 36 hours a week, or a part-time job. That depends on the vacancy.
good labour conditions
We offer our staff good labour conditions: a reasonable salary, study opportunity, variable work hours, a pension scheme and such. They are put down in our own Collective Labour Agreement. As an organisation on the move we sometimes ask people to work overtime or at times different from those agreed.
