How to get to Oxfam Novib?

Public Transport, from station Hollands Spoor (HS)
The tram stops in front of the station. Take tram 1 going to Scheveningen Noorderstrand or tram 10 going to Statenkwartier. Get off at the stop Mauritskade/Alexanderstraat. Walk back a bit, and turn right on the Mauritskade, making sure the water is on your right hand side. Cross the street to no. 9.
Public Transport, from station Den Haag Centraal
The stop for tram 10 (direction Statenkwartier) is outside the railway station (platform F), at the same level as the railway tracks (do NOT go up the stairs). Get off at the stop Mauritskade/ Alexanderstraat.
This tram only runs during rush hour. The last one in the morning leaves the station about 10 a.m. It runs from the office to the station between 3 and 6.40 in the afternoon.
For the bus, go up the stairs to the level above the railway tracks or take one of the escalators on the railway platforms. Take bus 24 direction Kijkduin or bus 22 direction Scheveningen. Get off at the stop Mauritskade/Alexanderstraat. Walk back a bit, and turn right on the Mauritskade, making sure the water is on your right hand side. Cross the street to no. 9.
By car, from Rotterdam
Follow the A13. You enter The Hague via the A12 (Utrechtse Baan, later Boslaan). Follow it to the end (continue in direction Scheveningen). Turn left at the end (Zuid-Holland Laan). Continue to drive on the left lane. Turn right at the traffic lights (on the left-most lane) and then turn left immediately (Dr Kuyperstraat, later Mauritskade). No. 9 is after the crossing with the Parkstraat, on your left. For parking see below.
By car, from Utrecht
Follow the A12. At the junction Leidschendam take the exit Den Haag/Voorburg. You enter The Hague via the A12 (Utrechtse Baan, later Boslaan). Follow it to the end (continue in direction Scheveningen). Turn left at the end (Zuid-Holland Laan). Continue to drive on the left lane. Turn right at the traffic lights (on the left-most lane) and then turn left immediately (Dr Kuyperstraat, later Mauritskade). No. 9 is after the crossing with the Parkstraat, on your left. By car, from Amsterdam, via Wassenaar
Continue to Den Haag Centrum. Drive all the way. Drive down the Benoordenhoutseweg, it changes in the Zuid-Holland Laan. Continue to drive on the left lane. Turn right at the traffic lights (on the left-most lane) and then turn left immediately (Dr Kuyperstraat, later Mauritskade). No. 9 is on the left, after the crossing with the Parkstraat. By car, from Amsterdam, via Voorburg
Follow the A4. Take the exit Den Haag/Voorburg. You enter The Hague via the A12 (Utrechtse Baan, later Boslaan). Follow it to the end (continue in direction Scheveningen). Turn left at the end (Zuid-Holland Laan). Continue to drive on the left lane. Turn right at the traffic lights (on the left-most lane) and then turn left immediately (Dr Kuyperstraat, later Mauritskade). No. 9 is on the left, after the crossing with the Parkstraat. Parking, for all directions
To get to the Oxfam Novib parking lot in the Amaliastraat: at the crossing with the Parkstraat you turn left into the Parkstraat, and then take the first street on the right (Oranjestraat), and again the first street on the right (Amaliastraat). At the end of the Amaliastraat there is an entrance on your right (near no. 17) to a parking lot. Be advised that parking space is limited and you must ask your contact person at Oxfam Novib to make a reservation with the reception. If the need arises, there is metered parking space in the Amaliastraat.
