Oxfam Novib’s Board of Directors bear responsibility for approving the organisation’s corporate plan and for raising, managing and spending resources in line with the mission of creating a just world without poverty.

The directors serve four year terms; there is no limit to the number of times they can be reappointed. The directors are:
- Farah Karimi (Executive Director)
- Adrie Papma (Director of Management Operations and Private Sector)
- Theo Bouma (Director of Projects)
- Tom van der Lee (Director of Campaigns)
In line with the code on good governance for Dutch charities established by the Wijffels Commission, the Board of Directors is appointed and overseen by a Board of Trustees. It has seven unpaid members, who can serve a maximum of two three-year terms. The current trustees are:

- Mr. Hanzo van Beusekom
- Mrs. Marianne van Leeuwen
- Mr. Kees Tukker
- Mrs. Joyeeta Gupta
- Mr. Peter Verbaas
- Mrs. Petra Bijl
